Costs & Destinations

All of our Ebikes ship free to the US (Contiguous US only), currently can't ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. We also do not ship to other countries. 

Shipping costs for accessories depend on your location, and you can see all shipping costs at checkout.

We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax needed.

Shipping Time

In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3-8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. In the rare cases there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 15 business days, feel free to contact us at support@romatlink.com

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

 

Signatures Required

Due to the high value of ebike, we free offer signature required shipping method at your service. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended. Although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.

 

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service. Our shipping methods have an additional "Signature Required" service. 

Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item damage. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Our Customer Service support team will assist with item issues.

 

Shipping Change

No charge fee before shipping.

If the transit logistics information shows that the FedEx rebooking is successful, $50 will be charged.

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package, $180 will be charged.

 

Order Tracking

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered on romatlink.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to support@romatlink.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

 

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 business days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.

 

Please note

If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately.

 

Restocking fee

  • For the returns of new and unused ebikes within 15 days of receipt. Please note we’ll charge a restocking fee that is 10% of the total order value and a $180 return shipping fee.
  • For the return of used ebikes within 15 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 60% of the total order value and a $180 return shipping fee.
  • Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $180/per bike flat fee to partially cover our handling costs.
  • Approved returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible for this.
